If it takes a village to raise a child where are all the other villagers?

Modern life presents countless opportunities for virtual connection, but fewer opportunities to find the unique support, guidance and sense of community that can be derived from being known in a group.

This is an unnatural hardship that deprives parents a source of knowledge and support at a time when it is most needed.  

Joining a professionally-led parents support group is one way to remedy this problem.  By setting aside real time and real space to reflect on the challenges of being a parent with other parents you can create a community and a network to help you meet the challenges of family life. 

A group of this kind is in formation right now.  The group is tentatively scheduled to meet on Thursday mornings beginning in July.

Enrollment in this group is limited and a screening interview is required.
